Since 2024, Santosh Ethnics has been a provider of excellent quality fabrics loved by all. From suits to duppatas and designer fabrics, Santosh Ethnics is the go to for all your fashion needs. 

Our aim is to satisfy all our customers, providing them with the best quality fabrics at the most reasonable prices. To ensure that only the best quality fabrics are available to you, all our products pass through a strict quality control, we work extremely hard to describe the fabrics, colour and all other details of the product to the best of our abilities. However, incase you are unsatisfied with the products you have received, our Return/Exchange policy is as follows-

  1. Any order can be cancelled or amended only before the fabric has been cut. Once cut, we shall not be able to make any changes to the order. Please get in touch with us at info@santoshethnics.com or call us at +91 1142448385 with your order number in case you wish to make any changes.

  2. International orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

  3. If you find that there is any defect, the colour is drastically different or you have not received what you ordered, kindly share both the pictures of original product and order received within 2 days of receiving the order at info@santoshethnics.com and we shall do the needful. Please note that we do not entertain any return requests on WhatsApp and hence please drop an email.

  4. We shall not be able to take any returns for customized orders. They shall be eligible for return only if there is a major defect. Kindly share a picture of defect on contact@ramjisons.in under such circumstances.

  5. Please arrange to send the product back within 7 days of having approved for return.

  6. Discounted products shall not be eligible for return unless a wrong item has been delivered, or there is a major defect.

  7. To be eligible for a return the product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.

  8. At Ram ji Sons, each fabric goes through a strict quality control to ensure that our customers receive the best products, free of any defects or damages.

  9. While return the fabric must be of the original length of purchase, if the fabric has been cut, the return would not be accepted.

  10. If an order is cancelled due to the unavailability of a fabric, the payment shall be refunded to the original source of payment. If there is any defect in the fabric and a refund has to be made, it shall be done in the original source of payment, or a coupon code will be generated in case of COD orders. Please note that the entire refund process takes approx. 10-15 days to be completed and we request you to be patient during this time.

  11. In case of multiple orders, a single product is returned, and coupon code is applied, then the discount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  12. Fabrics less than 2 meter or bought in sale are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.


  • If a replacement product has to be delivered in place of the order due to any reasons, it shall take 7-10 days to process after receiving the return. 

  • Due care is taken in putting the right description of the fabric including colour, weight, width and other specifications but sometimes there is a slight variation due to the nature of the fabric or a slight colour difference between the original product and the photos. We shall not accept this as criteria for return. If you need to be sure about any particular specification of the fabric, kindly write to us at contact@ramjisons.in before placing an order and we shall do our best to help you out.


When will I be refunded?

We do not offer cash refund. We will credit the amount in form of a coupon code upon receipt of returned fabric. We can refund you once the original product has been returned without any damage. The coupon code generated will be equivalent to the value of product returned. The shipping charges will have to be borne by the buyer. The coupon code will be valid for a said time period as informed by Ram Ji Sons at the time of code generation.


How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before the product has been cut by calling us or writing us at info@santoshethnics.com. Your entire order amount will be refunded in the same mode as paid through or in form of coupon code which can used for future purchases on the website.


Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been cut, shipped or delivered to you, unless there is any manufacturing defect in it. Your refund (in form of coupon code of equivalent value less shipping charge) will be processed once we receive the original ordered item back at our warehouse and checked.


How long will it take to process my cancellation request?


Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.


If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as ‘Shipped’, we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund in form of coupon code will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.

Modes of Refund:

  1. We do not offer cash refund.
    Refund Coupon will be shared which can be used on our website for future purchases.

At Ram Ji Sons, each fabric supplied goes through strict quality check from multiple hands ensuring accurate measurements, defect-free designs or prints, undamaged and unworn condition.


In rare cases, where you wish to return or exchange full or partial order either because order is not as per the specifications or product did not meet the desired expectations (not applicable in case of fabrics that has been cut as per your order), you may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email at info@santoshethnics.com in with your order number in subject, image of the particular areas of fabric where there is an issue, and a brief write-up within 2 days from the date of receipt of order. The refund shall be subject to conditions detailed in clauses no 1 and 2.

NoteProducts below 2 meters or bought on Sale are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

1.When Product is Defective or Damaged


1.1.1. In all instances of returns covered under clause 1.2, customer shall get full refund against the returned products.

1.1.2. Discounts on bulk order valued INR 15000, or above, shall be adjusted on pro-rata basis and shall be applicable on the actual net value of order after return.

1.1.3. Santosh Ethnics shall arrange pickup from your delivery location. Pick-up location has to be the same as per shipping address. In case our logistics partner is not able to cover the pick-up location; the customer shall return the package by India Post and share a scanned copy of the receipt via email/WhatsApp. Santosh Ethnics shall refund shipping charges as per the India Post receipt.

1.1.4. All refunds are by default processed as gift cards of equivalent value which a customer can use to buy products on www.santoshethnics.com for 6 months. In case a customer chooses otherwise, the refund can be transferred back into source (pre-paid) or bank account (Cash-On-Delivery).

  1. COVERED as Defect or Damaged

1.2.1. Substantially inconsistent visual appearance in terms of print, texture or colours is visible right at the time of product first unpacked.

1.2.2. The fabric is abruptly torn and is not usable

1.2.3. The structure is loosely woven in part or areas, or weave is damaged or torn.

1.2.4. Weight per meter varies more than 25%

  1. NOT COVERED as Defect or Damage

1.3.1. Colour reproduction on various digital screens vastly varies, hence there shall always be some gap between what you see online versus in real.

1.3.2. Some particular types of fabrics suffer inherent colour bleeding for a few washes. Instructions for each such fabric is clearly mentioned on respective product page.

1.3.3. Any fabric ordered below 2 meters of measurement doesn’t qualify for return.

  1. Exchange

1.4.1. Any request of exchange shall be fulfilled subject to the availability of the fabric in the inventory on the date of receipt of returned order/products.

1.4.2. Exchange of products shall be calculated on the net payable price of the item(s) and not on MRP.

  1. Conditions of Returned Products

1.5.1. The tags on the product should be intact.

1.5.2. The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.

1.5.3. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

1.5.4 Sale products will not be returnable or exchangeable except in case of defect.
